old farm estate, in which the owners Alyce & Michael take
great care and pride to present the best possible experience
of self catering in Ireland to all our guests. It is a charming,
enchanting and beautifully restored 350 year old Limerick
heritage property, set in a very scenic location on the Cork
Limerick border with panoramic views of the Ballyhoura
mountains. It offers a very safe environment and an
exceptionally comfortable and excellent touring base for
exploring Killarney, Kerry and the South and West of

To facilitate other guests departure time is 10.00 am. and arrival time is from 4.00pm.
The owners Alyce and Michael live on site (across the Courtyard in Baytree House) and are always available
to help make your stay in Ireland as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

Guests can enjoy the landscaped gardens with a patio area for barbecues,
before retiring to their cottages with all the comforts of home.
